PPP Book 2012

The PPP Book represents a new paradigm to the process of national development. Goverment is now more of enabler than a developer in the infrastructure sector, the implementation of public expenditure plans will be executed either as public sector projects or public-private partnerships (PPP) in cooperation with the private sector.

The Mid-Term Development Plan 2010 - 2014 clearly states that infrastructure investments will be aimed at meeting basic needs and improving the competitiveness of Indonesia Products. To achieve these goals, Government encourages private sector participation in the provision of infrastructure and related service.
